Axon provide 'business transformation programs for large organisations'

The service provided was based on a call off consultancy contract for the provision
of subject matter expertise.

RRD (formally known as Astron)

RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions has acquired a number of businesses
since 2003. As a result of this and a need to move to a common industry standard
finance platform, RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions has rolled out
Microsoft Dynamics Nav the UK and Asia.

The service provided was a call off contract for the provision of business consultancy 
services. Services provided since September 2003 but these were all completed in 2009.
Specifically the services provided were as follows:
 
As project manager, systems and process implementer
Managed the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav as a replacement finance
system for existing and acquired businesses.
Managed the successful off shoring of some finance back office activities.
Provided data migration services (including data conversion and uploads).
Provided process change services.
Further implementations of more RRD businesses.As application support, developer
and trainer (Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision only)
Provided on site application support as required.
Developments completed against user requests (change control process).

Nightfreight GB Limited

Nightfreight uniquely provides a total service capability encompassing every 
delivery opportunity from single parcels to complex logistics solutions across

The service provided was a call off contract for the provision of project management
services for a 'broken' systems implementation. Specifically the services provided 
were as follows:

As project manager
Managing the implementation of a new PO system across over 50 sites located
in the UK.
Project started in 2003. Bespoke in house development and support. First go
live across 4 sites June 06. Next 5 September 06. Issues arose so further 
implementations put on hold.
Started September 06 and completed in 2007.

Provision of management accounts service

Publication each month of management accounts including P&L, balance sheet
and cash flow. Includes financial commentary.
Publication of group pack each month following acquisition of the business

Telephone and email support for users for normal and out of office hours.
Fixed price per month. All user requests that cannot be fixed immediately

and provides an estimate of costs to fulfil requirement. Covers all Nav
application processes including training, configuration, implementations and
developments.
One stop shop for all NAV users. Client in full control of costs to be incurred
over and above support charge.

All user requests that are either fixed immediately within an hour of receipt
of the phone call or email or by close of play the following working day.
Support requests have included 'How to' step by step instructions as well as
configuration changes.
One stop shop for all Office Accounting users. Client in full control of costs
to be incurred over and above support charge.
