Fraser Price Consulting specialise in the training, support and development of 2 key
accounting packages: MS Dynamics Nav and MS Accounting.

MS Dynamics Nav is an overall operational and accounting package (actually an ERP
solution) aimed at medium to large sized businesses while MS Accounting is aimed 
at start up and small businesses.

MS Accounting has recently been discontinued by Microsoft (Nov 09) with all support 
transferred to Mamut. This support consists of upgrades and enhancements but not 
not user support. This will continue to be supplied by 3rd parties such as Fraser Price
Consulting.

Training

This can be provided: 
On client premises or off site in our offices in Nottinghamshire.
On a 1 to 1 basis or to a group of users. Maximum number of users in groups will be
6 and requirements for successful group training include a dedicated training room
with 1 pc for each user with access to a test database.
Super user training also provided but generally this is a 1 to 1 session.

Support

FPC offer first line support services for both products.
This consists on line (phone, email, Windows Live and now Skype) support for end users
with a  response and fix as required or escalation to development or project management
depending on the scale of the requirement.

Development

This is exclusively provided for MS Dynamics Nav and is provided to client specification
and budget.
Developments usually include:
Reports including data exports to Excel.
Legacy system data feeds where Dynamics Nav is used to pull data streams
from a number of different systems.
Enhancements not already provided within the Dynamics Nav application.

Developments are completed against detailed user specification and all developments
are closed as completed once user acceptance testing has been completed.
